But the closer they investigate, the more complex the web of deceit appears. This is no straightforward crime of passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a violent murderer on the loose, it\u2019s only a matter of time before they strike again. And this time it\u2019s personal. Oldroyd must expose the truth, protect his daughter and stop the horror before it\u2019s too late.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Review:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This book felt like an Agatha Christie type novel where as Agatha&#8217;s detective&#8217;s would gather the suspects together, Oldroyd managed to arrest the murderers but in a similar vein to Agatha Christie&#8217;s books, Oldroyd got the murderer to confess everything.<br><br>The chapters I found very long and the same ground is covered over several times, whilst being retold to and by different characters throughout the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/review\/edit\/56144355\"><em><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>J.R.
