Review:
What a tangled web we weave. This story jumps from character to character seamlessly. You can see the characters in your mind, understand why Saffy loves her gran even after learning more about her. The house feels a bit like a horror story, I am not sure I could stay in it but Saffy as other ideas and her reasons are understandable. Her mother Lolly’s lack of memories puzzles but then can any of us remember at 3yrs of age what we did or who we met. Tom is definitely a side character not really playing a big part but a character that is needed. The prologue wraps everything up nicely without rushing it into a neat ending.
